There is a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract that is required in order for your photoshoot to be scheduled. The remaining balance, that may include the requested add-ons and fees, is due the day of the photoshoot. Clients will have 24-hour access to a private gallery that will have the unedited/watermarked images for selection. After 24 hours, if no selection is made the Photographer reserves the right to select final images. Photos will not be edited until final payment is made. Once the photos are edited, there will be a new gallery created that will include just the images purchased. At the time, the client will be able to download their photos and use them for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please refer to the contract for all details of agreement between CLIENT and PHOTOGRAPHER.
